Gary
Asteak has served as the Municipal Solicitor and Special Counsel
for many municipalities, including Bushkill Township, Lower
Nazareth Township, Stockertown Borough, Moore Township, Lower
Mount Bethel Township, and Bangor Borough Planning Commission.
He currently serves as Solicitor to the Nazareth Area Council
of Governments, a regional organization consisting of 12 municipal
members, the Nazareth Area School District, and Nazareth Area
Chamber of Commerce, among others, that meet monthly and address
problems and needs confronting its members independent of political
boundaries.
As a Municipal Solicitor, Asteak has guided
his clients through complex land use and development projects,
both residential and commercial, including such major developers
as Wal-Mart, Wegmans, and Target.
From a simple 2 lot subdivision, or
a minor zoning variance, to major regional shopping centers,
Asteak Law Offices has had successful experience in resolving
the legal issues in subdivisions and land developments.
